The latest report from the Kitchener Waterloo Association of Realtors is out. As we see the Spring Market begin sales are up from last month however, they are still down in comparison to last years unprecedented numbers.
We are seeing the majority of sales taking place in the under $500,000 market (approx 71%), which means there’s still competition for buyers seeking properties in that range. This is likely a result of the new ‘stress-test’ as it has become more difficult for buyers to move beyond that price point.
