January was surprisingly active with an above average number of home sales which provides a positive outlook for 2019. KWAR President predicts home prices will remain steady or have small increases and that sales will continue to be strong.

We’re also beginning to see more properties listed for sale to increase our market inventory and provide buyers with additional options.
